Answer: An “Entry Point Not Found” message appears since GV-Dispatch Server V8.5.9 or later no
longer supports Windows XP. To solve this message issue, use Windows Vista or later version
2- Why does it show “Video Not Updated” on Control Center’s Matrix view?
Question: Why does it show “Video Not Updated” on Control Center’s Matrix view?
Answer: The message appears when the video transmitting failed. Since the video is not coming
through, users should check if the bandwidth is enough for both the device and the PC
installed with the Control Center.
3- Why does the font of mobile host name become bold in GV-GIS?
Question: What does it mean when a mobile host name is displayed in bold font under the mobile host
list in GV-GIS?
Answer: The mobile host name will be displayed in bold font when its New Map View is applied.
